Vibeful Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Vibeful is made by MindLab Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Vibeful", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use vibeful.com and the Vibeful service (together, the "Service"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Vibeful is built for businesses. When you use it, you give an AI manager and her team information about your business and your customers so they can do work for you. Some of that information is yours, and some belongs to your customers. This policy covers both.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, business name, the type of business you run, and a password or sign-in method. If you pay for a plan, our payment processor collects your payment details; we receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card, and the billing address, not the full card number.
Business information you give the Service. To do its work, your team needs facts about your business: your hours, services, prices, location, photos, documents, policies, and anything else you upload to your Business Space or tell your manager in conversation. You decide what to share.
Information about your customers. When you connect your messaging, booking, email, website, or social accounts, the Service receives the messages, inquiries, reviews, bookings, quotes, invoices, and contact details that flow through them. We process this information on your behalf and under your instructions, so your team can answer your customers, send quotes you have priced, book appointments, and keep your records. You remain responsible for this information and for giving your customers any notice the law requires.
Connected accounts. When you connect a third-party account (for example a social media profile, a business listing, an email inbox, a calendar, or a payment account), we receive the access the platform grants and the data needed to do the work you have authorized. You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings; the platform's own terms also apply.
Activity in the Service. We keep a record of what your team does: every message sent, quote prepared, booking made, post published, and change made to your website, along with when it happened and whether you approved it. This record exists so you can see everything your team does.
Technical information. Like most services, we collect the IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and timestamps of requests, and we use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers on the Service.
Support and correspondence. If you email us or contact support, we keep the correspondence.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- provide the Service: run your team's work, prepare drafts for your review, carry out the actions you have approved or set to run on their own, and keep your records and receipts;
- generate work with artificial intelligence (see section 3);
- create and secure your account, process payments, and send you service messages such as receipts, approvals waiting on you, and changes to the Service;
- answer your questions and provide support;
- understand how the Service is used so we can fix problems and improve it;
- comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect the Service, our customers, and the public.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Artificial intelligence
Your team is made of AI. To do its work, the Service sends the relevant content (for example a customer's message, your prices, your hours, or a photo you have cleared for posting) to AI model providers that generate drafts, answers, and suggestions. We use providers under business terms that prohibit them from using your content to train their models. Every action your team takes is recorded and shown to you, and the actions you choose can wait for your approval before anything goes out. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for what you approve.
4. Who we share information with
Service providers. Companies that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting, database, email and text-message delivery, payment processing, customer support tools, and AI model providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us. A current list is available on request.
Platforms you connect. When your team posts, replies, books, or updates something through an account you connected, the relevant information goes to that platform under its terms.
Your customers. Messages, quotes, confirmations, and reminders your team sends on your behalf go to the customers they are addressed to.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, a court order, or a government request; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vibeful, our customers, or others.
Business transfers. If MindLab Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
5. How long we keep information
We keep your account and business information while your account is open. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except for information we must keep for legal, tax, accounting, or security reasons, and copies that remain in routine backups for up to 90 days. Before your account closes you can export your records from Settings.
6. Security
We protect information with measures appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit, access controls, and logging of access to production systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, export, and deletion. You can view and change your account and business information in Settings, export your records, and close your account. You can also email us to exercise these rights.
- Connected accounts. Disconnect any account at any time from Settings.
- Marketing email. We send service messages that are part of the Service. If we ever send marketing email, each message includes a way to opt out.
- Cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; parts of the Service that depend on being signed in will not work without them.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulations, including the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, email hello@vibeful.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the applicable law allows. If you are a customer of a business that uses Vibeful, please contact that business first; we process your information on its behalf and will help it respond.
8. Where information is processed
Vibeful operates from the United States, and information is stored and processed there. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
9. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the Service before the change takes effect.
